Neighborhood Team Dining Specialist

Meet the nutritional needs of residents by creating a dining experience with the team.
Housekeeping Assistant
Part time. Be a part of a team that is creating a home by ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Health Information Assistant
Full time. Maintains facility’s active clinical records in an organized file system and coordinates all aspect of admission, transfers, and discharges. Does secretarial duties relating to the department on a daily basis.
Assisted Living
Nursing Assistants
Part-time 7-11am, 7-3pm no certification required.
Per Diem - All Shifts
Performs various resident care activities and related basic hygiene tasks necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents.
Charge Nurse
Full time11-7am
Per Diem - All Shifts
Provides supportive care for residents under the direction of the Assisted Living Nurse Coordinator and gives supervision to the Personal Care Nursing Assistants and Program Assistants assigned to their shift.

The Housekeeper provides emotional and physical support by maintaining a clean, safe and healthy environment for clients according to the client's and/or family's request.

Per Diem. Provides the hands-on care to the clients, assisting them with activities of daily living as prescribed by their individual plans of care. Leads and assists with scheduled activities.
